Two-Story Wooden Rabbit Hutch with Ramp & Removable Trays
Product description
This product is a two-level wooden hutch designed for both indoor and outdoor use. The package includes the main two-story enclosure with a built-in ramp, two deep slide-out trays for waste control, a top-mounted metal feeder, four caster wheels that lock, and the reinforced metal bar run for the lower area. Assembly hardware and instructions are included.
Constructed from solid cedar wood, the hutch has an asphalt waterproof roof to shield the upper area from moisture. The run and viewing sections are reinforced with chew-resistant metal bars to limit damage from gnawing. The ramp features a chew-guard metal strip to help preserve the wood where pets climb. Dimensions: 36" L x 17.8" W x 36.7" H. The main ground-level living area provides about 3.98 sq ft, with an upper loft of approximately 1.8 sq ft, suitable for one to a few small animals depending on size.
Use is straightforward: multiple easy-open doors on both levels let you reach your pet and refresh bedding. The top lid lifts to refill the metal feeder. For cleaning, open the top to wipe interior surfaces, slide out the deep trays to dispose of waste, and wipe into corners to keep the habitat sanitary. The four locking wheels allow you to move the hutch for cleaning or to shift it outdoors for sunshine and fresh air. The design is intended for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and other similar-sized pets.
Pros
- Two-level layout with separate loft and ramp

VerdictThis two-story cedar hutch delivers a roomy multi-level home with practical cleaning features and mobility. Spacious and well-designed
Very roomy and thoughtfully laid out. Assembly was straightforward and it provides a comfortable area for my rabbit. Very satisfied overall.

Easy setup and versatile
I wasn’t confident about building it, but the instructions and visuals made assembly surprisingly simple. There were pre-drilled holes and extra screws. The wood is real and sturdy. We use it outside for our bearded dragon and he loves running the ramp and lounging in the sun. Very pleased with the result.

Good fit for guinea pigs
My guinea pigs enjoy it. It took some time to put together, but once done it fits well and looks nice.

Nice idea but finish needs work
Bring sandpaper, glue and touch-up paint — some panels were chipped or splintering. Packaging was good but a few glued spots were stuck to the wrapping. Instructions were workable and I assembled it solo. There’s a strong fir smell at first, so air it out before use.

Bunny likes it but wheels are a problem
My rabbit enjoys the condo and there’s enough room. Cleaning is okay but I avoid removing trays because it scatters bedding. Several wheels popped off and didn’t fit back easily, so I have to lift it to reattach them. The wood felt a bit flimsy at first but so far no major chewing damage; instructions were easy to follow.

Too small for my rabbit and parts broke
Smaller than I expected for my large rabbit; he can’t use the upstairs. It felt cheaply made and a wheel broke within a couple of weeks. Pulling trays pushes bedding out, which is frustrating. Easy to assemble but you get what you pay for.

Great consolidation for our guinea pigs
This replaced a tank and separate playpen and my guinea pigs adore it. They explored right away and were doing happy hops. Assembly took about 45 minutes with a drill and screwdriver. It’s easy to move—we carried it between rooms without the wheels. I removed the upper roof to make it more open and use the second level for food storage. We hung a hay feeder, added a hide, washable pads and a fleece blanket; everything fits nicely.

Not roomy enough for two rabbits
Looks larger in photos than in real life; two rabbits can’t freely roam inside. It’s sturdy but my rabbit started nibbling on the wood. Space is tight and he bumps into the sides when running.
