Handmade Copper Turkish Coffee Pot (Cezve) — 18 oz, Tin-Lined
Product description
Handmade in Turkey by skilled metalworkers, this Turkish coffee pot (cezve/ibrik/briki) is formed from solid copper with a hand-engraved exterior. Each piece shows slight variations in the pattern, so every pot is unique.
The copper body is approximately 1 mm thick and is finished on the inside with a lead-free tin lining, which separates the coffee from bare metal while preserving the copper’s excellent heat conduction. The fast, even warmth of copper helps you manage the boil and produce the characteristic foam.
This model holds 18 ounces — suitable for several small demitasse servings (typically about three to four cups depending on cup size) and convenient for small groups. The tapered shape supports traditional brewing, allowing the coffee to rise slowly and form a dense foam.
A long wooden handle keeps hands away from heat and helps with a steady, controlled pour. The pot works on gas, electric and ceramic stovetops but is not compatible with induction cooktops.
The set includes the hand-engraved copper cezve, a wooden stirring spoon, and a presentation box — ready for gifting. Care instructions: wash by hand only, avoid the dishwasher, and dry immediately to preserve the finish.
Pros
- Responsive copper heats quickly and evenly
- Attractive hand-engraved finish and gift-ready set
- Long wooden handle for safe, precise pouring
Cons
- Requires hand washing and regular polishing
- Not suitable for induction stoves
- Tin lining needs care to avoid damage
VerdictBeautifully made and faithful to tradition: this 18 oz hand-engraved copper cezve offers responsive heating and a cool wooden handle for precise pours. It’s ideal for small gatherings and ritual brewing, though it requires gentle care (hand wash) and won’t work on induction ranges.

Authentic results that remind me of Turkey
After making dozens of 3 oz servings, the coffee tastes like what I had on a Turkish trip. It performs wonderfully. I’d pick up some finely ground traditional coffee and small demitasse cups to go with it. If you often brew just one or two cups, a narrower 12 oz cezve can help collect more crema.

Elegant and built to last
A striking piece that’s great for serving guests. It looks beautiful and feels sturdy. Keep in mind it isn’t a single-serve pot — it can hold several of the tiny Turkish coffee cups rather than just one.

Turns coffee brewing into a ritual
This cezve makes the process feel intentional. It heats very evenly, the coffee rises slowly with a rich foam, and the wooden handle stays cool for precise pouring. It feels substantial and authentic, not flimsy.

A beautiful, solidly built pot with good weight. It cleans up easily. Depending on how large you like your Turkish cups, it might mean fewer than the advertised servings in practice.

Rich, flavorful coffee every time
Well crafted and roomy enough for several servings. The wooden handle is comfortable and the spoon is a useful extra. The copper finish does need a bit of upkeep to stay looking its best.

Craftsmanship and function in one pot
This cezve brings traditional style to my countertop. The engraved pattern is distinctive, the construction feels robust, and the wooden handle is comfortable. The capacity at 18 oz is well suited for small gatherings and everyday use.

Poor coating quality
The interior finish was applied roughly. The overall look doesn’t match what I expected for the price.
