Check Point Boosts Revenue and Profits with New AI Strategy

Check Point Software reports higher revenue and improved results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025. Alongside the financial report, the company unveiled a new platform strategy to address growing enterprise needs for secure AI adoption and announced three strategic acquisitions.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue rose six percent to $745 million. Earnings per share increased 22 percent to $2.81. Subscription-based security services revenue grew 11 percent to $325 million for the quarter. For the full year, revenue totaled $2,725 million, a six percent increase compared with the prior year, and earnings per share rose 29 percent to $9.62.

Check Point emphasizes a strategic focus on securing organizations’ use of AI. The strategy is organized around four pillars: Hybrid Mesh Network Security, Workspace Security, Exposure Management and AI Security. Together, these areas aim to provide unified, proactive protection for networks, cloud environments, users and AI-driven systems across the enterprise.

As part of this initiative, Check Point announced three acquisitions planned for the first quarter of 2026. Cyata brings technology for discovering, steering and controlling autonomous AI agents. Cyclops strengthens the company’s exposure and risk management capabilities by improving visibility across cloud and IT assets. Rotate contributes expertise and technology to enhance offerings for IT service providers and managed service providers (MSPs).

“We delivered a solid performance for the fourth quarter and full year 2025, with revenue above our guidance and earnings per share that exceeded expectations,” says Nadav Zafrir. “Our business remained resilient throughout the year as more customers adopt our Hybrid Mesh Network and Workspace platforms. In 2026, our strategy is focused on securing our customers’ AI transformations across their organizations. We will concentrate on our four strategic pillars—Hybrid Mesh, Workspace, Exposure Management and AI Security—while integrating AI-driven protection across our portfolio. The acquisition of Cyata further strengthens our AI security capabilities and enables full discovery, governance and control of AI agents as organizations accelerate their AI initiatives.”
