Sigma Launches New Industrial Recruitment Firm

Sigma Industry South launches Sigma Industry Recruit, a new company focused on recruitment and specialist consultants for industry. The initiative addresses manufacturers’ growing need for engineers and specialists in an increasingly competitive labor market.

The company targets roles such as mechanical, machinery and marine engineers, production engineering, quality, electrical engineering and project management.

CEO of Sigma Industry Recruit is Jonathan Sundh, who brings extensive experience in industrial recruitment and has completed more than 600 hires across southern Sweden. Jonathan emphasizes the importance of long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

A central element of the offer is specialist consultants who are intended, over time, to transition into permanent roles with the client. This model allows both the company and the candidate to get to know each other thoroughly before committing to a long-term employment decision. In addition, the company provides traditional recruitment services for direct placement with the client.

Sigma Industry Recruit also aims to strengthen the industry’s talent pipeline by attracting candidates from other parts of Sweden and internationally. As part of this effort, the company offers support for engineers relocating to the region, including networking opportunities and practical assistance during their move and establishment.

“We have a fair model that considers the best interests of both the client and the candidate,” says Jonathan Sundh.

Operations will begin with a focus on Blekinge, the Kalmar region and northern Skåne, with plans to gradually expand into other areas of southern Sweden.

Sigma Industry Recruit is part of the Sigma Industry South Group.
