Digital marketplace Pax8 is announcing the development of the first Managed Intelligence Toolkit designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) deliver AI solutions at scale to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The toolkit is scheduled for launch in Q2 2026.
AI platform for scalable automation solutions
The platform enables MSPs to build, manage, and scale AI-driven automation solutions for their customers. By integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Entra Agent ID, AI agents will be able to discover, procure, and orchestrate services autonomously in real time.

New innovations in the Pax8 Marketplace
Additional innovations coming to the Pax8 Marketplace include:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio and Pax8 Frameworks: Preconfigured solutions for AI agents and solution packs that simplify building and customizing industry-specific AI agents.
- Microsoft Agent Identity with Entra Agent ID: Allows assigning unique identities to agents within customer environments, enabling fine-grained control and policy enforcement at scale.

Launch timeline
Pax8’s integrations with Copilot Studio, MCP and Entra Agent ID began rolling out in summer 2025 and were scheduled for full availability in fall 2025. The Managed Intelligence Toolkit will be released in phased stages beginning in spring 2026.
