Oumers 16-in-1 Bicycle Repair Kit with Tire Levers & Patches
Product description
Package contents: one 16-function multi-tool, three plastic tire levers, five adhesive tyre patches, one metal tire rasp and one black work/carry bag.
The multi-tool offers 16 functions: socket hex wrenches 8/9/10 mm; slotted and Phillips screwdrivers; extension sleeve; flat wrenches 8/10/15 mm; spoke wrench (14G); and inner hex keys 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm. The tire levers are standard spoons and the rasp is metal for cleaning puncture areas before patching.
Built for practicality: the tool components are metal for strength and longevity, while the compact black bag organizes everything for travel. The set is intended for roadside use, emergency repairs and basic home jobs when a larger toolbox isn’t available.
Carry and compatibility: the bag is small enough to fit in or attach to a saddle pack and the tools can be used separately as household repair items. Suitable for mountain bikes, road bikes, folding bikes, kids’ bikes and most standard or fixed-gear bicycles.
Pros
- Comprehensive 16-in-1 multi-tool
- Includes metal tire rasp and sturdy tire levers
- Compact bag for saddle or travel storage
Cons
- Patch adhesive quality can be inconsistent
- Holder strap reported as flimsy by some users
- Some tool bits may flex under heavy torque
VerdictA handy, compact kit that covers most common cycling emergencies. The metal multi-tool and tire spoons are durable and practical for roadside repairs, while the small patches and rasp allow quick puncture fixes. The pouch keeps everything tidy for saddle mounting, though some users report variable patch adhesion and a flimsy strap on the holder.

Worked well, then stolen
Did the job fine, but it was stolen from my bike. I miss it and would replace it.

Useful but lightweight build
Has most tools you need but build quality is weak — Allen keys can twist on tight bolts. Useful for emergencies though.

Perfect for e-bike rides
Great compact tool for my e-bike rides. Gives peace of mind for roadside fixes. Recommend it — only gripe is the holder strap felt flimsy and tore quickly.

Now includes cement — much better
I bought extras because the metal tire spoons are sturdy. Initially the kit lacked rubber cement, which made patches unusable, but newer packs now include it — greatly improving the kit.

Patches let me down
The supplied patches failed to hold — two attempts lost air within minutes. A friend's patch got me home. Everything else worked; the multi-tool helped a stranded rider get back on the road.
