ManageEngine Named Challenger in Gartner Magic Quadrant 2026 for Endpoint Management Tools

Inuit, a leading distributor of IT solutions for cybersecurity and IT management, highlights that ManageEngine has been named a Challenger in the Gartner Magic Quadrant 2026 for Endpoint Management Tools. This recognition is based on Gartner’s evaluation of vendors’ ability to execute and completeness of vision in endpoint management and includes 18 global vendors.

In the report, ManageEngine receives high marks across all four use cases in Gartner Critical Capabilities, including autonomous endpoint management, unified endpoint management, and security-focused management. The company stands out particularly in automation and scalability—areas that have become increasingly business-critical as organizations face growing demands for security, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Gartner Critical Capabilities complements the Magic Quadrant by focusing on how well solutions support concrete use cases rather than solely assessing vendors’ overall vision and execution.

“This is clear evidence of the technical maturity we see from ManageEngine in the endpoint space. Today, endpoint management for many organizations is not only about operations but about reducing risk, simplifying compliance, and gaining better control in complex environments,” says Erik Tjärnkvist, Product Manager at Inuit.

ManageEngine has also been named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Unified Endpoint Management Software 2025–2026, marking the third time the company has received this recognition.

Another differentiator is that ManageEngine was the only vendor recognized as Customers’ Choice in the 2025 Gartner Peer Insights™ Voice of the Customer for endpoint management tools, based on customer feedback about Endpoint Central.

Automate endpoint management routines

Focus on Automation and Consolidation

Over the past year, ManageEngine’s endpoint platform (Endpoint Central) has evolved with an increased emphasis on automation, security, and unified management of both traditional and modern devices. By consolidating patching, configuration management, security features, and digital experience (DEX) insights into a single platform, IT teams can reduce tool sprawl and shift toward more proactive operations.

“We see a shift among our customers toward consolidating tools while raising their security posture. Recognitions like this make it easier for IT decision-makers to have confidence in their choices,” adds Erik Tjärnkvist.
