Lynes launches three proprietary AI agents in its switchboard and Contact Center solution. This is the first offering of its kind in the Nordics and interest is already high.
The three agents — AI Receptionist, AI Support Agent and Personal AI Receptionist — are fully integrated into the platform and developed entirely by Lynes. They handle calls, respond to chat and email inquiries, and can resolve issues without human intervention. Everything runs directly in Lynes, with no need for external systems or additional integrations. The result is faster service, improved availability and more time for staff to focus on tasks that add value.

Users can also create their own AI agents without connecting other systems. That opens the door for digital colleagues in areas like HR or finance that can handle repetitive internal questions and respond immediately.
How our AI agents work
AI Receptionist
Answers the main number immediately and routes calls to the correct person or department. Provides answers to common questions such as opening hours and direct numbers. Increases availability and reduces telephone wait times.
AI Support Agent
Operates across multiple channels simultaneously, handling calls, chat and email 24/7. Resolves cases autonomously and, when escalation is required, provides a clear summary so a human agent can take over quickly. Relieves support teams and ensures uninterrupted, fast service.
Personal AI Receptionist
Filters out unnecessary calls such as telemarketers and inappropriate callers, allowing only important contacts through — for example a call from a daycare or a customer following up on a quote.
The launch will take place within the coming weeks.
