Machine-Washable Area Rug 5x7 — Whimsical Farmhouse Low-Pile Beige

Product description

Charming farm-village motif: The rug displays cottages, trees, ponds and farm animals in soft greens, blues and light browns set against a beige field, delivering a vintage, folk-art look that works in living rooms, bedrooms and children’s spaces.

Easy-care, machine-friendly surface: Designed for active households, the face is treated to resist stains, trap less dust and handle pet hair. Small spills and spots come up easily, and the whole piece can be laundered in a household washer for a deeper clean when necessary.

Comfortable low pile: The smooth, low-profile surface gives a comfortable feel underfoot while staying thin enough to sit beneath doors and furniture. The short pile also makes vacuuming and daily upkeep quicker in high-traffic areas.

Grippy backing: A textured thermoplastic rubber (TPR) underside reduces shifting on clean, dry hard floors like hardwood, tile and laminate. For best performance, use on a flat indoor surface and ensure the floor beneath stays dry.

Multiple sizes for flexible use: Available in five dimensions to fit different needs — 2x3 for entryways or beside beds, 2x6 for hallways or kitchens, 5x7 for bedrooms or playrooms, and 6x9 or 8x10 to anchor living and dining spaces.

Pros

  • Machine-washable for deep cleaning
  • Low-pile comfort that fits under doors
  • Textured TPR backing prevents slipping

Cons

  • May arrive creased from tight packaging
  • Backing best on clean, dry hard floors
  • Not a thick, high-pile plush option

VerdictA cozy, low-pile area rug that blends folk-art style with practical features for everyday living. The scene-print surface adds personality to bedrooms, playrooms and small living spaces, while the stain-resistant face and textured thermoplastic rubber backing keep it functional in homes with kids and pets. It lies flat, tolerates light rolling from a desk chair, and can be cleaned in a washing mac

    Stunning color and grip

The hues are gorgeous and the rug feels plush. The non-slip underside works well and it looks great sized for an 8' x 10' area.

    Perfect for kids' room

The farm pattern is adorable in my kids' playroom and it's very soft. Thinking of getting another one.

So cozy — pets love it

Totally in love with this rug. It's super soft and makes our home feel cozier. Our cats sleep on it all the time.

    Good but some packaging issues

Soft and attractive so far, but it arrived tightly rolled which left stubborn creases. I also found a few insects in the box, which was disappointing.

  7. Feel good to have a pencil 5/5

Great upgrade for my home office

This rug transformed a small corner under my daybed into a warm spot. The botanical-inspired print looks expensive and the muted greens and blues pair well with dark wood floors. It lay flat right away with no curled edges. The low pile lets my office chair roll over it without snagging, and it feels lovely on bare feet. Cleans up easily with a vacuum and spot treatment, and being able to machine wash it is a major convenience.
