   Perfect for crafting with a child

   My 6-year-old and I did this together. The box had everything and the instructions were easy to follow. She needed help with glue and grout at first, but after a quick demo she did most of it. We ended up with a lovely keepsake we’ll use for years. It also makes for a nice gift box.

   Great project for older children

   A fun summer activity with my daughter. It’s straightforward to use — a bit messy because of the grout, but that’s normal for craft projects. Good value and entertaining for kids who can follow instructions.

   Really enjoyable crafting set

   I checked other grout options and tried a sparkly one alongside the included black — the black looked sharp. The varied tile shapes and colors are plentiful, the adhesive held well and the bamboo base feels solid. The mixing cup, spatula and sponge can be reused and there's enough tile left for more projects. It comes with patterns and clear directions, so I’ll probably order extra bases.

   Creative and practical

   I bought two kits to make four pieces. Each had enough grout for my designs with some leftover. The grout dried a bit more gray than the pictured black but still looks great. I use mine as oversized coasters or small decorative plates for plants and candles.

   Lovely DIY tray!

   I finally have the pretty tray I wanted! It was simple and fun to put together. I even mixed in bits from a broken plate I had, and there are still pieces left for another project!

    I bought these for my 93-year-old mother and she did a beautiful job with them.

    Fun but feels pricey

    The finished mosaics look nice and the glass tiles are good quality with many shapes. One bamboo plate had a little mold that needed cleaning. The grout mix was wetter than expected and took longer to set, so we smeared some when wiping, which affected the look. Enjoyable overall but I thought it was a bit expensive.
