16x20 Cotton-Primed Canvas Panels — Pack of 6 Painting Boards
Product description
This set contains six flat painting panels measuring 16 by 20 inches each. They arrive as individual boards rather than stretched canvases, so they’re lightweight and easy to store or transport.
The faces are made from pure cotton and have a smooth, primed finish that accepts pigment evenly. The primer is formulated to be non-toxic and acid-free, protecting colors and helping paints adhere.
Inside each panel is a sturdy board core designed to stay true and resist bending or warping during normal handling. The edges are finished to keep the panel stable when worked on or displayed.
These canvases are compatible with a broad range of materials: oil paints, acrylics, watercolors, gouache, tempera and pouring mediums all perform well on the surface. They can be used for sketching, layering, mixed media, or finished pieces intended for framing or mounting.
Because they’re compact and ready to use, they’re suitable for classroom use, group projects, home décor experiments or creative gifts. You can personalize each panel as you like, making them a versatile option for both practice and presentation.

Great value and texture
Excellent quantity for what you get. Texture feels like standard canvas; I kept some and gave a few as gifts that were well received.

Rigid panels — works well
I didn’t notice they were rigid panels rather than stretched, my oversight. They accept paint nicely and are handy for sketching and layered work; I sometimes add gesso but they perform well without it. Photo shows a WIP.
