Inexchange and Visma Amilo Strengthen Invoice-to-Cash Process

Visma Amili and Inexchange, two companies within the global technology group Visma, have announced a strategic partnership. Together they deliver an integrated solution that streamlines the entire invoice-to-cash process.

Consolidated and efficient invoice management

Organizations no longer need to manage invoices across multiple systems; everything is gathered into a single, coherent workflow. From invoice creation and dispatch to automatic monitoring and follow-up in the event of missed payments, the process is managed end to end.

“Together with Visma Amili we drive innovation in our industry. Being able to offer customers a complete solution—from invoicing to reminders and debt collection—addresses a clear need,” says Simon Strandell, Commercial Director at Inexchange.

Sustainable business through optimized payment flows

The partnership between Visma Amili and Inexchange is motivated by a clear commitment to promoting a robust and sustainable economy. By optimizing the entire process from invoicing to payment, businesses can secure on-time payments while preserving strong customer relationships. Follow-up is handled with sensitivity to each customer’s unique circumstances and financial situation.

Visma Amili and Inexchange aim to change how financial transactions are perceived. Invoice payment should be treated as an important point of contact that helps build long-term, sustainable customer relationships.

Technical innovation and a focus on digitalization

At the end of 2023, Amili launched a new platform designed to make organizations’ financial processes more efficient, marking a significant step toward increased automation. Each year Amili handles payments equivalent to four billion SEK across 3.6 million cases. On the Amili platform customers can easily track cases, check payment status, export reports and make informed decisions about next steps.

In the same spirit of innovation and digitalization, Inexchange stands out as a key player in e-invoicing. Their services include e-order, scanning and interpretation, as well as proprietary system development and customer support. With more than 1.5 million connected companies and organizations in its network, Inexchange processes transactions at a pace where approximately SEK 30,000 flows through the system every second.

“We already see how our partnership with Inexchange creates substantial added value by relieving and freeing up valuable time for our customers,” says Nathalie Kinell, Commercial Director at Visma Amili.
