Quinyx has appointed Fredrik Nylander as its new chairman of the board. Nylander brings more than two decades of global leadership experience from major industry players such as Workday, Microsoft, SAP and Oracle.

Fredrik possesses extensive expertise in SaaS, Human Capital Management (HCM) and cloud technologies. He has played a central role in scaling some of the world’s most successful software companies. His leadership at Workday, a pioneer in HCM software, makes Fredrik particularly well suited for Quinyx as the company continues to advance innovation in AI-driven workforce planning and staffing solutions.
Experienced leader with multiple board roles
In addition to his new role at Quinyx, Fredrik serves as chairman of Truesec. He succeeds Maria Åhr of Alfvén & Didrikson, who held the position for the past ten years.
