Roaring strengthens its leadership team as the next step following the company’s recent share issue and continued AI investment. During a period of rapid growth, Fatemeh Mahmoudi Molin is promoted to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). At the same time, Joakim Isbjörk, previously a product owner at Roaring, takes on the role of Head of Product with responsibility for advancing Roaring’s AI solutions for risk analysis, compliance and regulatory decision-making. In addition, Magnus Edgren is appointed COO and Bernt-Olof Hellgren becomes Head of Key Account Management.
In recent years, Roaring has tripled its revenue to SEK 56 million in 2025, expanded its team and established itself as a leading provider of data-driven risk management. Following the share issue earlier this year, the company is now taking the next step by strengthening the organization to accelerate its AI strategy.
Roaring develops the next generation of AI solutions for risk analysis, compliance and regulatory decision-making. The platform uses a hybrid architecture that separates analytic logic and language models to ensure transparency, traceability and reproducibility in decision processes.
“We are operating in a phase where both technology and market demands are evolving rapidly. By strengthening product leadership and our commercial organization, we can accelerate AI development and continue to build the leading platform for data-driven risk management,” says Johan Jensen, CEO of Roaring.
Fatemeh Mahmoudi Molin, previously Head of Growth at Roaring, now steps into the role of CMO. She brings more than 15 years of experience from companies such as Google, Volvo Cars, HBO Nordic, SAS and Mentimeter and has been a driving force in developing and scaling Roaring’s growth function.
“We have a unique combination of data, technology and market understanding. With AI we can take the next step in how organizations handle risk, analysis and decision support. It’s not just about more data, but about making it useful in entirely new and more efficient ways to solve customers’ problems,” says Fatemeh Mahmoudi Molin, CMO at Roaring.
At the same time, Joakim Isbjörk, formerly a product owner at Roaring, assumes the role of Head of Product. Focused on AI-driven product development, he will lead efforts to further develop Roaring’s offerings and strengthen the connection between data, analysis and customer value.
“In regulated environments it is not enough for AI to produce a likely correct answer. Decisions must be explainable, reproducible and auditable after the fact. That is why we build an architecture that separates analysis and language, so every conclusion can be traced back to a specific data point. By integrating AI more deeply into the product we can provide our customers better decision support and detect risk patterns faster and more accurately,” says Joakim Isbjörk, Head of Product at Roaring.
To further strengthen its operational organization, Magnus Edgren joins as COO. Magnus has extensive experience leading organizations through change and growth, most recently running his own consultancy where he helped leadership teams build effective and scalable organizations.
Bernt-Olof Hellgren has been appointed Head of Key Account Management. He previously served as Senior Account Executive at Roaring and brings long experience in digital business development, complex sales and solutions for regulated industries.
