DreamHack, part of ESL FACEIT Group (EFG), has today unveiled the full program for the highly anticipated debut of DreamHack Stockholm, taking place 22–24 November at Stockholmsmässan. The festival brings everything gaming-related under one roof, offering a unique mix of esports, game culture, live music and community-driven activities suited for players, creators and fans alike.
For the first time in its 30-year history, DreamHack comes to Sweden’s capital, giving attendees opportunities not only to play and compete but also to meet favourite creators and join vibrant gaming communities. The event’s program features a wide range of highlights designed to entertain visitors of all ages and interests, including:
Star-studded guests
DreamHack Stockholm will host more than 400 content creators who collectively reach over 300 million followers across social platforms. Gaming fans will be able to meet some of the world’s most popular creators and esports personalities, including EllenViking, LAKI and Zorba, and witness the European debut of streaming sensation Tyler1.
Fortnite stars MrSavage and Clix will be active with fan interactions throughout the weekend, featuring meet-and-greets and live showdowns. Members of The Sidemen—Harry, Simon and Josh—will appear on the Main Stage for a special EA SPORTS FC 25 tournament that blends competition with humour for a wide audience appeal.
A cosplay experience like no other
Cosplay enthusiasts can look forward to two major competitions:
- DreamHack Cosplay Championship (DHCC) — contestants compete across four categories (Youth, Novice, Artisan and Expert) for a prize pool of 28,000 SEK.
- Extreme Cosplay Gathering (ECG) Qualifier — top performers will earn the chance to represent Sweden on Europe’s largest cosplay stage at Japan Expo in Paris.
DreamHack & Def Jam present: Legendary
In collaboration with Def Jam Recordings Sweden, DreamHack presents Legendary, a hip-hop night showcasing leading artists from the Swedish hip-hop scene. Immediately after the opening ceremony, the Main Stage will host live performances by artists such as Adaam, Imenella and Greekazo, followed by a DJ set from Ladieslove. The musical lineup brings a substantial combined streaming audience, creating a lively crossover between music fans and gaming communities.
DreamHack’s largest expo ever
DreamHack Stockholm will feature the biggest expo area in DreamHack history, packed with immersive zones and interactive displays for every kind of gamer. Key expo highlights include:
- An Arcade area showcasing both classic and modern games.
- A vibrant Artist Alley celebrating illustrators, makers and merch designers.
- A curated showcase of indie games from around the world, giving smaller studios a platform to shine.
Major brands such as Nintendo, PC Game Pass and Meta will present exclusive experiences and content throughout the weekend. Returning partner Elgiganten will also be on-site with unique Black Friday offers and hands-on activations for visitors.
Significant esports tournaments
Esports fans can expect a packed tournament schedule featuring world-class competition, including:
- Overwatch Champions Series (OWCS) World Finals — the first on-site OWCS event in Europe, featuring eight top international teams competing for the title.
- ESL Impact Season 6 Global Finals — the world’s best female Counter-Strike 2 teams will battle for a prize pool of 123,000 USD and the ESL Impact championship.
- CS2 Elitserien Finals — a showcase for Sweden’s domestic Counter-Strike talent as teams vie for regional supremacy.
In addition to major pro events, visitors can join a variety of open competitions and community-driven contests, including Teamfight Tactics Esports EMEA, ESL-sponsored Fortnite events, Freeplay Challenges and numerous LAN tournaments designed for casual and competitive players alike.
