When the doors to Kistamässan closed on January 22, the organizers could look back on two intense and successful days. Four leading meeting arenas – Solutions for the Public Sector, Procurement Days, e-Health+MVTe and The Future of Healthcare – brought together more than 4,600 engaged participants and 250 exhibitors. The result: record attendance, high activity on the exhibition floor and strong confidence in the future.
Interest in the next event is already high. With a rebooking rate of 70 percent for 2027, the event reinforces its position as the meeting place for public sector professionals.
”It’s exciting to see the conference continue to grow. We have more visitors, a stronger programme and an engagement that is evident when people meet. What began as a vision has now become an established platform. We are looking forward to 2027 more than ever,” says Per Mosseby, Chair of the Conference Council.
A national platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange
The need for cooperation between public organisations and private stakeholders is greater than ever. This year’s event focused on current and urgent topics — from welfare crime and societal security to digitalisation, artificial intelligence and sustainable development.
”For those of us in social services, the fair is a valuable meeting place for monitoring the surrounding world and finding inspiration. It offers new perspectives and ideas for preventive work with older adults.” Annie Stenlund, Head of the Development Unit, Skellefteå Municipality.
”This is a very good fair for finding, comparing and testing solutions. All suppliers are gathered in one place, which makes it easy to ask the right questions.” Malin Torstendahl, HSL Coordinator, Haninge Municipality.
An exhibition floor defined by business and innovation
The exhibition floor was busy both days, characterised by intense meetings, demonstrations and discussions. Exhibitors reported high-quality visitors and strong potential for long-term business relationships.
”The right visitors, the right conversations and a clear focus on the public sector. This fair gives us both visibility and valuable relationships,” says Martin Larsen, Head of Public Sector at SAP.
UV Medico also highlights the results:
”This was our fourth year at the fair and our best so far – both in terms of visitor numbers and the quality of leads.” Patric Alvfors, Head of Sales, UV Medico.
Looking ahead – next meeting in 2027
The strong attendance, positive feedback and high rebooking rate provide a solid foundation for continued development.
”It’s almost incredible to see how the event keeps growing year after year. It’s no longer just an ambition but a clear direction. Our enthusiasm for 2027 is greater than ever,” concludes Marie Jacobsson, Head of Business, Live Expo.
The four meeting arenas will return on 27–28 January 2027 at Kistamässan in Stockholm.
