TCS and Google Cloud Deepen Partnership to Accelerate Enterprise AI

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) today announced a deepening of its strategic partnership with Google Cloud. The expanded collaboration is designed to help enterprises adopt autonomous operating models powered by AI, by supporting the deployment and management of agentic and autonomous AI systems. These systems enable faster decision-making across complex business and IT functions without increasing operational risk or complexity.

These AI agents will also help maintain robust governance, security, and trust in regulated and mission-critical environments. To turn these capabilities into practical solutions, TCS is launching four offerings aimed at helping organizations move from AI pilots to operational autonomy in industries where scale, reliability, and trust are essential. The new offerings include:

  • TCS Agentic AI Data Accelerator – reduces data handover cycles by up to 40% while establishing a cloud-native foundation for AI at scale.
  • TCS Physical AI Blueprint – leverages vision AI and agentic orchestration to enable safer, semi-autonomous industrial environments.
  • TCS Smart Factory Blueprint – applies the same technical foundation to deliver smart factory solutions that improve operational efficiency and resilience.
  • TCS AI SOC (Security Operations Center) powered by Google SecOps – enables faster, more effective incident detection and response to help organizations strengthen their cyber defense capabilities.

Kevin Ichhpurani, President – Global Partner Ecosystem, Google Cloud, said: “Expanding our strategic partnership with TCS demonstrates our shared commitment to driving real enterprise transformation. By combining Google Cloud’s AI infrastructure with TCS’s deep industry expertise and their more than 3,000 specialized agents, we are enabling customers to move beyond pilot projects to fully autonomous operating models powered by AI.”

Gaurav Syal, VP and Global Head – Google Business, TCS, said: “The cloud is a critical enabler for enterprise-scale AI and serves as the foundational layer for AI-driven transformation. This next phase of our partnership will help companies accelerate the shift to autonomous operating models by combining the strengths of TCS and Google Cloud to deliver measurable impact.”

As part of the enhanced collaboration, TCS has integrated Gemini Enterprise across its portfolio to accelerate business outcomes and help organizations advance toward AI-driven autonomy. TCS has built more than 3,000 industry- and context-aware agents on Gemini Enterprise that integrate seamlessly into customer environments, supported by Google Cloud–certified talent. The company is also extending these capabilities to its workforce through the tcsAI initiative, demonstrating how AI can be scaled and democratized across an organization.

TCS is expanding its global Gemini Experience Centers to help customers ideate, prototype, and co-develop solutions from concept to production. Seven centers are already open worldwide; the newest center in Troy, Michigan, focuses on physical AI for the manufacturing sector. TCS plans to grow to more than 10 Gemini Experience Centers globally by the end of 2026.

TCS’s ongoing commitment and strong execution were recognized at Google Cloud Next ’26, where the company received five “Partner of the Year” awards across multiple categories and markets.
