Revelop strengthens its Investment team by recruiting the internationally experienced Johan Johansson as Executive Director, Investment. This strategic hire underscores the company’s ambition to build an even stronger platform to capitalize on attractive investment opportunities in the current market environment.
Johan Johansson’s extensive international experience
Johan Johansson, a real estate investment specialist with many years of pan‑European experience, brings further expertise to Revelop in property transactions, business development and investment structuring. He has more than 13 years in the industry, including the past ten years in international roles. Most recently he worked at Partners Group in Switzerland on direct real estate investments. Prior to that he held positions at Starwood Capital Group in London focused on commercial property and at Savills Capital Markets in Stockholm.
The recruitment follows Revelop’s successful capital-raising activities over the past year, positioning the company well to take advantage of opportunities in the real estate market. 2024 was a strong year for Revelop’s investment activity, with six acquisitions totaling 21 properties and a combined property value of approximately SEK 1.6 billion.
Johan Johansson has a proven track record of leading complex transactions, developing strategies and delivering strong investment outcomes. He assumed his new role in early January.
