Ulrika Hellmark takes the helm

Ulrika Hellmark joins Omeo from Accenture Strategy & Consulting, where she worked within Financial Services. With more than 20 years of experience across banking, insurance and management consulting, she brings a distinctive blend of strategic thinking, change leadership and values-driven management.

“I am incredibly grateful for the trust placed in me to lead Omeo forward. This organization has outstanding expertise and a genuine commitment to understanding clients’ businesses deeply and creating real value,” says Ulrika Hellmark. “Omeo has built a strong position in treasury, regulatory work, digital finance, system implementations and risk—areas where demand for advisory services and change leadership continues to grow. I look forward to developing the firm together with the team—and to enjoying the journey.”

Experienced leader with a clear direction

Hellmark’s experience spans several core areas of the financial sector, with a focus on strategy, digital transformation and regulatory change. Her background in both operational roles and strategic advisory gives her a deep understanding of the challenges banks and financial firms face in a rapidly evolving landscape.

“After nine fantastic years, it feels right to hand over to Ulrika,” says outgoing CEO Marie Hedman. “She has exactly the background and experience needed to lead Omeo into its next phase.”

Intellic Group strengthens its leadership in finance and technology

Omeo is part of Intellic Group, alongside sister companies Releye (CRM and business strategy) and Attollo (Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics). The group is part of Broviken Gruppen, which invests in Nordic service companies with strong growth potential.

Jonas Boström, CEO of Intellic Group, describes the appointment as a strategic reinforcement:

“I’m very excited to work with Ulrika and to continue developing Omeo as the leading consultancy in the financial sector,” he says. “Her experience in strategy, change leadership and digitalization makes her the right person to guide Omeo at a time when the industry is changing rapidly.”

Boström also highlights collaboration among the group’s companies as a key to future success:

“Together with Releye and Attollo, we strengthen Intellic Group’s position as a partner for tomorrow’s data-driven, customer-focused businesses. I also want to extend my sincere thanks to Marie for her commitment and energy during her nine years as CEO—and I’m pleased she will continue to support our clients.”
