Netskope (NASDAQ: NTSK), a leading provider of modern security and networking solutions for the cloud and AI era, today introduced Netskope One AgentSkope. This new architectural foundation enables organizations to easily deploy Netskope AI agents capable of executing end-to-end workflows. As an intelligent layer within the Netskope One platform, AgentSkope powers agent-based workflows that support security and network teams by automating time-consuming operational tasks and freeing skilled personnel to focus on more strategic initiatives.
Security Operations Centers (SOC) and Network Operations Centers (NOC) face significant challenges today: roughly 40 percent of alerts go uninvestigated due to resource constraints. AgentSkope addresses these capacity limitations by simplifying operational complexity and acting as an autonomous performance multiplier for security and networking teams. The platform provides a consistent foundation for rapidly building and deploying AI agents while enforcing security, privacy, and governance controls across the entire solution.

Netskope’s AI agents significantly reduce the time required for manual workflows—from policy management and triage to investigation and troubleshooting—allowing organizations to align their defenses with the pace of business. Netskope projects that by 2028 AI agents in cybersecurity will autonomously handle 25 percent of incident response workflows related to data protection incidents, improving both speed and effectiveness in risk management.
The initial release of AgentSkope includes six AI agents, with more expected in the coming months:
Netskope DLP AISecOps Agent
An agent-based DLP analysis solution that emulates a security analyst to carry out complete data protection workflows. It applies context-aware risk assessments, intelligent triage, and automated risk handling so security teams can prioritize real threats over false positives and duplicate incidents. A global beta customer already uses this agent to process millions of alerts and automatically reduce them to a handful of relevant incidents that are investigated within minutes.
Netskope Insider Threat AISecOps Agent
Focuses on triage and analysis of insider threats by combining DLP alerts with user behavior data to surface potentially malicious activity.
Netskope Private Access AIOps Agent
Automatically reviews Netskope One Private Access configurations, highlights unused settings, and helps organizations ensure access privileges are not left unmonitored or misconfigured.
Netskope DEM Data Intelligence Agent
Speeds troubleshooting of user experience issues by transforming detailed telemetry and raw Digital Experience Management (DEM) data into actionable insights delivered in natural language through a conversational interface.
Netskope DEM Insights Agent
Provides a comprehensive view of an organization’s digital health by correlating telemetry to identify critical incidents, trends, and performance bottlenecks.
Netskope CCI Insights Agent
Enables SOC analysts to ask complex questions in natural language about risk attributes and compliance certifications for more than 85,000 cloud, AI, and SaaS applications.

“Security and network operations teams are overwhelmed by a continuous stream of manual triage and repetitive tasks across multiple tools, which leads to analyst burnout, slower innovation and increased risk,” said Sanjay Beri, co-founder and CEO of Netskope.
“That’s why we built AgentSkope: to serve as an autonomous performance enhancer and provide organizations with a unified architectural foundation for easily deploying AI agents that manage end-to-end workflows. By reducing operational complexity and removing internal development barriers, we help security and network leaders dramatically cut manual work and free up their experts to focus on strategic priorities.”
AgentSkope and the agents DLP AISecOps, CCI Insights, Private Access AIOps, DEM Data Intelligence and DEM Insights are now generally available. The Insider Threat AISecOps Agent is currently available in preview.
Netskope’s “AI Fast Lane” events begin in May 2026 in multiple cities worldwide, offering attendees the chance to learn how organizations can adopt AI safely while maintaining strong security standards. The company also publishes the Netskope AI Index, which provides real-time insights into trends driving AI adoption in enterprises.
