Arctic Group and ID North today announce their intention to merge in a strategic move that strengthens their position in identity security across the Nordics. Both companies are part of the European cybersecurity group Allurity, and the merger aims to create one of the region’s most comprehensive identity security providers.
As organizations digitize everything from business processes to critical societal functions, identity has emerged as a central element of cybersecurity. At the same time, advances in AI and tougher regulatory requirements increase the need for advanced solutions to protect access, data and mission‑critical systems.
Arctic Group and ID North form a new Nordic leader in identity security
By combining their strengths, Arctic Group and ID North will create an enhanced offering capable of handling larger and more complex assignments. The ambition is to operate under a new joint brand and assume a clear leadership position in identity security across the Nordic region.
