Sigma Technology Development, a technical consulting company specializing in embedded systems, autonomous driving and software design, today announces Lisa Pettersson as its new CEO. She succeeds Klas Persson, who hands over the leadership after 15 successful years.
Sigma Technology Development brings together experts in intelligent embedded systems, active safety and connected and autonomous vehicles, offering R&D services to many of the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers.
After founding and leading the company for two decades, Klas Persson now transfers the president role to Lisa Pettersson, formerly a unit manager at Sigma Technology Development. Robert Tormena, also previously a unit manager, becomes the company’s vice CEO. Under Klas’s leadership the company has built a strong reputation for both technical excellence and a distinctive corporate culture—what Lisa calls “a company with a big heart.”

“My goal is to preserve Klas’s legacy and continue to lead the company with the same warmth and commitment.
