Netset is strengthening its customer focus by creating a new strategic role: Chief Customer Officer. Theres Nordblad will assume overall responsibility for all customer-facing functions, tasked with leading efforts to deliver even greater value to customers.
Theres Nordblad is a trained economist with experience as a controller at companies including Ericsson and Botkyrka Municipality. She brings strong leadership experience and a long track record of driving change in fast-moving, growth-oriented organisations. Most recently she spent twelve years at the software company Hypergene in several senior positions, most recently as Chief Customer Officer. During her time there she led the development of the company’s customer organisation and implemented ways of working that put clear emphasis on customer value and business benefit.
With this appointment, Netset increases its focus on customer value. Theres will lead the international organisation that today supports customers across the Nordics, the United Kingdom and France, and she will also join Netset’s executive team.

Theres Nordblad will take up her role on March 2.
