Redeploy strengthens its management team by appointing Jonas Dahlberg as the new Head of Growth. Jonas, who most recently served at Microsoft leading the enterprise business for advanced analytics and AI and acting as one of the company’s AI spokespeople, will join Redeploy on 30 March 2026.

Jonas Dahlberg is recruited to accelerate this part of the business. During his seven years as Sales Director at Microsoft, he built a billion‑SEK business around analytics and AI within one of the company’s most senior global Data & AI organizations.
With more than 14 years in the enterprise sector and a broad network across Nordic industrial companies, Jonas brings both strategic perspective and commercial execution — a combination that is rarer than it sounds.
