CONVENDUM expands into the newly developed urban area Fabriksparken in central Sundbyberg. CONVENDUM already operates in Sundbyberg at Rissneleden 10. Today’s reopening completes a record year with a total of five newly opened coworking spaces.
CONVENDUM opens its doors in the upgraded office building Koppartråden in Fabriksparken.
With this move, CONVENDUM adds another coworking space in Sundbyberg. Today’s opening marks the fifth new location for the year.

The Koppartråden office building on Vasagatan is just a short walk from Sundbyberg Centrum. Here, CONVENDUM offers nearly 500 workstations, 100 office and meeting rooms and several lounges. With a large conference facility and parking, the location is an excellent hub and gathering place for both large and small companies. CONVENDUM’s presence in Koppartråden brings a modern approach to an historic office building that emphasizes sustainability.

CONVENDUM has settled in one of Sundbyberg Centrum’s most iconic buildings, the former tele-cable factory Koppartråden in Fabriksparken. The area is taking shape as Sundbyberg’s new oasis, where the spaces between buildings make Koppartråden a true meeting place. Sustainability has been central to Skandia Fastigheter’s development of Fabriksparken. Health is a particular focus for the property owner, which is clearly reflected as Koppartråden comes to life.
