T.Loop strengthens its board – entrepreneur Philip Duns elected as new member
“The interest in T.Loop reflects the enormous development we see in the industry. The company’s concept for circular Data Energy Center® is timely, and I am proud to contribute my experience,” comments Philip Duns, newly appointed board member of T.Loop.
At the annual general meeting on May 19, 2025, T.Loop elected experienced tech entrepreneur Philip Duns as a new member of the board.
Philip Duns brings more than 20 years of experience building and expanding technology companies internationally. He co-founded the Norwegian company Kanari, which specializes in stability and performance analysis (SPA) of large IT systems. Under Duns’ leadership, Kanari experienced substantial growth across the Nordic region, serving clients such as DNB and TietoEVRY. In 2020, the company was acquired by Adelis Equity Partners, which accelerated its expansion as majority owner. In autumn 2024, Kanari was acquired by Conscia Group.

“Philip’s track record in scaling technology companies internationally and his deep understanding of business‑critical IT infrastructure are exactly what we need for our next phase of growth. I look forward to working closely with him as we build the organization and take T.Loop into new markets,” says Helena Fagraeus Lundström, CEO of T.Loop.
T.Loop’s board now comprises Jonas Nyman (chair), Agneta Jacobsson, Lotta Widorson Lassfolk, Staffan Stymne and Philip Duns.
T.Loop’s Data Energy Center® concept focuses on circular, energy‑efficient data center solutions that reduce environmental impact while supporting scalable digital infrastructure. The company aims to expand its market presence across Europe and strengthen partnerships with customers seeking sustainable, resilient IT operations.
Philip Duns’ appointment aligns with T.Loop’s strategic priorities: scaling operations, entering new geographic markets and deepening expertise in mission‑critical infrastructure. His experience with high-growth technology companies and successful exits is expected to support both commercial expansion and operational maturity.
The board’s strengthened composition positions T.Loop to accelerate its development, pursue innovation in circular data center design and meet increasing demand for sustainable digital infrastructure solutions.
