Nozomi Launches AI Cybersecurity Engine to Safeguard Critical Infrastructure

IoT security company Nozomi Networks has introduced Vantage IQ, an AI-driven analysis and response engine created to close security gaps and ease resource constraints in critical operational infrastructure.

Vantage IQ is an add-on to Nozomi’s SaaS-based security management platform, Vantage. It uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to automate time-consuming tasks such as network analysis, asset management, and alert prioritisation.

By enabling closer human-machine collaboration, Vantage IQ helps security teams perform faster and more accurate cybersecurity analysis, strengthening the resilience of organizations that manage critical infrastructure while improving operational efficiency.

Vantage IQ raises the bar for security analytics and automation by delivering these core capabilities:

  1. Comprehensive Network Visibility: Immediate visibility across IT, OT, and IoT devices gives teams a holistic view of network assets and activity, simplifying monitoring and risk assessment.
  2. Intelligent Insights: The Insights Dashboard automatically correlates and prioritises alerts, offering actionable intelligence and root-cause context to guide effective remediation.
  3. AI-Powered Query and Analysis: Natural language queries let users probe vulnerabilities, asset details, and environmental conditions to obtain deeper, easily accessible insights that support decision-making.
  4. Advanced Predictive Monitoring: Vantage IQ enhances operational resilience by providing early warnings when behavior deviates from established norms. The Time Series feature complements existing alerts by detecting unusual shifts in network activity and bandwidth, supporting predictive maintenance and faster incident response.

Andrea Carcano, Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Nozomi Networks, highlighted AI’s transformative potential for protecting critical infrastructure. He described Vantage IQ as a major step forward in how security professionals understand and manage operational risk.

“While ChatGPT captured global attention for AI’s possibilities, it is just one example of how neural network technologies are evolving,” Carcano said. “For critical infrastructure security, Vantage IQ changes the way teams analyse data and react to operational threats. We expect this is how cybersecurity data will be queried, analysed, and acted on in the future.”

With its AI and ML capabilities, Vantage IQ aims to transform security operations for critical infrastructure organisations—helping teams improve resilience, respond to threats with greater confidence, and streamline operations.

Nozomi Networks plans to release Vantage IQ in the third quarter through its own channels and a global network of partners.
