6-Sheet Cross-Cut Home Office Shredder with 3.43 Gal Bin
Product description
This compact cross-cut shredder is built for routine home and small office shredding tasks. The kit includes the motorized cutting head with integrated safety switch and a 13 L (3.43 gallon) wastebasket with a transparent window and molded carry handle for simple removal and emptying. The housing is molded plastic and the cutting rollers are hardened metal designed to slice documents, credit cards and small metal fasteners.
Performance-wise, the unit accepts up to six A4 sheets in a single pass and reduces paper to P-4 security cross-cut particles measuring approximately 5 x 18 mm for improved protection of personal and financial information. It will also process credit cards, stapled pages and paper clips, making it useful for mixed household shredding jobs. The top-mounted cutting head lifts off the bin for cleaning or emptying, and a safety interlock prevents the blades from operating unless the head is correctly seated.
To protect the motor, the shredder supports about 3 minutes of continuous use before a recommended cool-down period of roughly 60 minutes. An automatic reverse function helps clear feed jams quickly, and occasional quick reverses after a session will sweep residual paper from the cutters and prolong blade life. Its compact footprint fits easily beside a desk or in a closet, making it a convenient daily-use solution for those who need reliable, small-scale document destruction.

Perfect replacement for an old machine
After my old shredder quit, I switched to this one and it's been great. It slices paper into small pieces and the lift handle makes dumping the bin much simpler than my prior, heavier unit. Ideal size for a small household that wants more capacity than a tiny desktop model.

Sturdy shredding, awkward emptying
After a month of use it’s been reliable and can run longer than some smaller models before cooling down. It feeds continuously without jamming, but the wastebasket can be awkward to tip out and sometimes spills when emptying.

Fast and keeps working reliably
Solid performer that can run for useful stretches before needing a break. It isn’t overly loud and will take credit cards too, which helps protect personal info. A dependable unit for regular household shredding.

Small but effective for home tasks
Handles everyday shredding easily—old bills and paperwork disappear quickly. It doesn't take up much room and the ability to process cards and small staples is a plus. A bit louder than expected but the auto shutoff when the top is lifted adds a welcome layer of safety. So far it’s been working well, though I’ve only used it intermittently.

Handy, heavy-duty-feeling upgrade
Very pleased with how much it can handle at once—heavy duty for its size. Safe to use, clean in operation and no strong odors. Neat results with minimal mess.

Does the job with a few limits
Performs as expected and the container holds a decent amount. It can slow down a bit with thicker envelopes or heavy stock, but that’s easy to manage. Durable feel overall and not prone to jams when used properly.

Shreds well, bucket could be sturdier
The cutting mechanism does exactly what it should and cuts items down nicely. The top lifts off the bucket easily, which is handy, but the bin material feels thin compared with the rest of the unit. Still, it fits neatly under my desk and the size is convenient.

Quiet, dependable unit for daily use
I've had this in my home office for a while and it performs smoothly. It chews through paperwork and handled credit cards and staples without trouble. The motor feels strong yet runs quieter than my previous model, and the large bin means I don't empty it constantly. The portable handle makes removal easy and the footprint fits well beside my desk—sturdy and reliable for everyday needs.
