   Very impressed — simple assembly

   Really pleased—super easy to put together and the best outdoor purchase I've made. The shade moves smoothly and I can reposition it effortlessly.

   Excellent coverage thanks to rotation and tilt

   Nice color and solid construction. I use it over the dining table or rotate it to shade the seating area. The 360° rotation and tilt give full coverage as the sun moves. I added a mobile base to move it easily without disassembly, which was a game changer for flexibility. I keep it down when not in use and haven’t had wind issues. Support has been great.

   Works great over the grill and in light rain

   The umbrella is easy to operate and the vent helps when using my smoker in light rain. It stands up to modest wind but I lower it overnight and in stronger gusts. Installation was straightforward though the assembly is heavy, so two people helped. We had a stuck part early on and support quickly sent a replacement—very helpful. Makes outdoor cooking more enjoyable.

   Strong support but some movement in light breezes

   It can creak and sway slightly with the slightest breeze, but the customer service team was excellent and responsive when I reached out.

   Impressive umbrella and responsive support

   I highly recommend this umbrella. It's large, attractive and was simple to put together. It shades my table and can swing over my pool area without trouble. The included base feels solid on my sloped deck, though I still close it on windy days. My order arrived in two shipments and the carrier first delivered only the base; the seller then stayed in constant contact by phone and text and handled the follow-up quickly and courteously. I'll update after more time with it.

   Robust, well-made and long-lasting

   All parts arrived well packed and setup took me about an hour and a half—mostly from finding the best spot to block both morning and afternoon sun. Tilt, swivel and crank work without issue. It should hold up well under strong sun and provides excellent shade. The base stays put when filled with sand and water; I still lower it in severe wind. Support reached out a few times to offer help. Two people for assembly is recommended.

   Sturdy, easy to use — great for solo assembly

   This model is very user friendly. The tilt and swivel let me follow the sun across the patio; I could assemble it by myself at age 72 using only the provided Allen wrench. It opens and adjusts smoothly and looks well made. When a small shipping damage occurred, customer service sent a replacement part the next day. A worry-free buy.
