Waterproof Indoor/Outdoor Area Rug — 3x5 Low-Pile Patio Mat
Product description
RAIN RUNS OFF THE SURFACE: The rug is a polypropylene pile bonded to a polyester backing so water stays on top and runs away instead of soaking into the fibre. Left out through wet weather it won’t sit heavy or develop musty odours.
DRIES IN HOURS, NOT DAYS: The short, flat pile retains very little moisture, so after rain it can be walkable the same afternoon. Rapid drying is a main defence against mildew in outdoor flooring.
IT ARRIVES FOLDED — THAT’S NORMAL: Rugs of this size are shipped folded, so expect creases and slightly upturned corners at first. A few days laid flat in the sun will help it relax and flatten out.
LOW, FLAT PILE: The tight flatweave is thin enough that patio doors glide over it and chair legs don’t catch. It sits level beneath tables rather than rocking them.
COLOUR THAT LASTS: The polypropylene yarns are pigmented through the fibre rather than by surface printing, so colours tolerate direct sunlight far better than many surface-printed alternatives.
27 DESIGNS FOR IN OR OUT: Choose from abstract, border, medallion, Moroccan and summer motifs in navy, green, black, red, brown and coral. Many owners also use these patterns in kitchens and mudrooms.
WOVEN IN TÜRKİYE: Designed and woven in Türkiye, the rugs draw on traditional flatweave techniques. The look and depth of colour come from that weaving heritage, not a generic digital print.
FOR DECKS, BALCONIES AND POOLSIDES: Sized and coloured to suit a deck, balcony, poolside, garden path or covered porch, and robust enough for indoor use in kitchens, mudrooms or back entries.
CHECK THE FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Model names are search-friendly labels, not exact dimensions. For example, the 8x10 finishes at roughly 7 ft 7 in by 10 ft, and the 4x6 at about 3 ft 10 in by 5 ft 7 in. Exact finished sizes are in the size chart.
FOURTEEN SIZES: Runners start at about 2 ft 2 in wide and range from 5 ft 7 in to 11 ft 10 in, rounds at roughly 5 ft 3 in and 7 ft 7 in, and area rugs up to 12x15 are available so outdoor and indoor zones can be coordinated.
Pros
- Fast-drying, sheds water
- Low flat pile clears doors and furniture
- Colourfast polypropylene yarns
Cons
- Ships folded; initial creases possible
- Not plush — thin weave
- Edges may lift until settled
VerdictA practical, attractive outdoor area rug that balances low maintenance with good looks. It resists fading, drains and dries quickly, and its flat profile prevents door and furniture interference. Good for covered patios, poolside, balconies and busy indoor entries.

High quality and comfortable
Beautiful, well-made rug that lies flat and feels pleasant underfoot. Bought for the patio and both of us like it a lot.

Perfect for my back deck
Exactly what I hoped for. The slightly aged color is ideal — not too loud, fits the space nicely.

Cute and comfy, but soaks up rain
Nice-looking rug for our covered porch and soft for the dog. It does get very wet in a downpour, so I wouldn’t call it fully waterproof.

Fantastic entry rug for heavy traffic
I adore this rug. We use it at our front door to keep dirt out and it still looks fresh after months. Cleans up with spot cleaning and vacuums easily.

Lovely on the patio
Looks exactly like the photos on my patio. Light but lies flat, colours are bright and the texture is pleasantly soft.

Runs a bit small
Be aware sizes finish smaller than the nominal label. Otherwise a very nice outdoor rug with good color and feel.
