Product description
Passcode access: The keypad accepts up to 20 permanent user codes for household members and supports single-use one-time PINs for temporary guests.
One-time PIN: You can create a single-use code that is removed automatically after it is used, ideal for short-term visitors or service personnel.
Auto-lock and one-touch: An automatic lock timer can be set between 10 and 99 seconds (disabled by default). Pressing and holding any keypad button for two seconds triggers an immediate one-touch auto-lock.
Power and battery alert: The lock runs on four AA batteries (not included) and is designed to last up to about 365 days under typical use. A red indicator warns when battery capacity falls below 15%.
Solid construction and weather protection: The exterior components are made from an aluminum alloy and the unit is rated IP54 for splash and dust resistance. The design includes anti-peep code entry to help prevent observation of your PIN and a robust lock cylinder for secure operation.
What’s included and compatibility: The package contains the exterior keypad assembly, interior thumb-turn module, latchbolt, strike plate, mounting hardware and a paper template for installation. It fits doors with a 2-1/8" (54 mm) borehole; it is not compatible with 38 mm door holes.
Reset and hand orientation: You should reset the lock before first use so it can detect and adapt to left- or right-hand door swings. Performing a reset also resolves many common setup issues—refer to the printed manual or the setup video for step-by-step guidance.
Support and warranty: The manufacturer provides a two-year warranty and ongoing customer support, with phone assistance Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM PST and around-the-clock email support.
Installation note: The lock is designed for quick installation with just a screwdriver. For some doors you may need to enlarge the bore to the standard 2-1/8" size using appropriate tools.
