The assortment breaks down into 25 sets made up of toggle bolt, wing nut, nut and spacer: 1/8" size — 13 toggle bolts, 13 wing nuts, 13 nuts and 13 spacers; 3/16" size — 8 toggle bolts, 8 wing nuts, 8 nuts and 8 spacers; 1/4" size — 4 toggle bolts, 4 wing nuts, 4 nuts and 4 spacers.
Material and finish: All components are galvanized to help resist rust and oxidation, giving the hardware a clean, durable appearance while extending service life in typical indoor environments.
Design and function: Each anchor has a collapsible butterfly wing that folds to pass through a drilled opening and then springs open on the far side of the cavity. This increases the bearing surface against the substrate, producing a strong hold once the fastener is drawn tight.
Applications: Use these toggle bolts to secure televisions, framed art, mirrors, shelving and other fixtures to drywall, hollow brick, gypsum board, cement fiberboard and wood panels. After proper installation the mounted area looks tidy and holds steadily.

Check measurements first
Product is fine, but I returned it because I hadn’t measured the metal backplate hole and the toggles were the wrong size for my fixture.

Box damaged on arrival

Handy range of sizes
The three sizes covered my uncertainty about which diameter to use. The plastic molly-type anchors that came with my shelf weren’t stable, but these metal butterflies made the installation solid.

Solved my sheetrock hanging issues
I tried many anchors that failed over time. These toggles were the fix — drill the right hole, push the folded wing through, let it open, then tighten. I’ve hung metal shelves and they hold heavy kitchen gear securely.
