TCS customer satisfaction in Sweden 2026 highlights the company’s strong market position
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been ranked number one in Sweden for customer satisfaction in the 2026 Whitelane Research IT Sourcing Study, the largest survey of IT-buying organisations in the region.
TCS achieved an 82 percent customer satisfaction score in Sweden, a result that helped the company secure the top spot across the Nordic region. The study is based on feedback from more than 450 senior business and IT leaders from organisations that are among the largest IT spenders in the Nordics.

The Whitelane Research report also highlighted important industry trends: 31 percent of companies in the Nordics plan to increase their spending on IT services over the next two years, and 83 percent prioritise AI to boost employee productivity.
