Nordlo’s SME initiative in Stockholm and Gothenburg, focused on AI and cybersecurity, is a central element of the company’s growth strategy.
IT group Nordlo is now launching a targeted effort aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises in Gothenburg and Stockholm. In this segment there is high demand for cybersecurity and practical support for safely adopting AI services.

“With everything happening in the world, it’s natural that customers’ needs for stability and security are increasing. Our main focus right now is to raise awareness of Nordlo. If more companies knew about our commitment and expertise, I’m convinced more would choose Nordlo,” says Per Rosén, Head of Business Area Nordlo City, who leads the SME segment in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
“The most significant perceived risks are what data is used to train AI agents and that AI could become a security threat for organizations. We see a strong need for advisory services, clear structures and secure implementation. That creates confidence and reduces AI-related stress for our customers.”
According to figures from the analysis firm Radar, many companies feel uncertain about how to use AI safely and in ways that are relevant to their business. Few have a clear strategy and knowledge levels remain uneven.
Security has also emerged as one of management’s top priorities. One in three companies in the SME segment invests 10 percent or more of their IT budget on security, according to Radar. That aligns with the national average, but Per Rosén expects investments to rise.
“Cyber threats were previously aimed primarily at larger organizations, but as criminals increasingly use AI in various ways, smaller companies are becoming targets as well.”
“We believe a focused initiative in Stockholm and Gothenburg, where many of the country’s SMEs are based, will produce very good results.”
With increased awareness the customers will come to Nordlo
Nordlo’s corporate goal is to grow by about 15 percent annually. Advanced agreement discussions are already underway with several companies, primarily in the Stockholm region.
Per Rosén identifies the key to success as building on Nordlo’s high customer satisfaction, working closely with clients, and increasing local awareness of the company as a whole.
“If more potential customers knew how engaged we are in their business, how many satisfied customers we have, the responsibility we take for the whole solution and how we help them into the future, more would choose Nordlo,” says Per Rosén, Head of Nordlo City.
