NOAH & PAW Orthopedic Memory Foam Dog Bed — 35x25x11 in
Product description
Human-grade orthopedic construction: This elevated dog bed combines a 6" foundation with a 5" wraparound bolster to form an overall height of 11". The mattress core uses a three-layer system: a 4" high-density base (30D), topped by a 1" memory foam layer, and finished with a 1" eggshell foam layer infused with cooling gel to help regulate surface temperature.
What’s included: The package contains the foam mattress with integrated bolster and two protective covers — an inner liner and an outer shell. Both covers are removable and machine-washable for routine cleaning. The outer material is treated to resist moisture and everyday spills.
Vet-recommended support: The foam profile is designed to conform to a pet’s skeletal alignment, helping to reduce pressure on hips and joints. This can ease symptoms of arthritis, joint inflammation, and other musculoskeletal issues, making it especially useful for senior or large-breed dogs.
Sizing and fit: Available in a range of sizes intended to suit animals from small cats and puppies up to extra-large and jumbo dogs. The bolstered edges create a cozy perimeter for resting the head while leaving a broad, flat sleeping surface in the center.
Care and setup: The bed ships compressed and vacuum packed; the foam can be compressed at first but will expand back to its intended shape within about 24–72 hours after unboxing. Remove the outer cover for machine washing as needed and spot-clean the inner liner when required.
Pros
- Multi-layer foam with cooling gel
- Two removable, machine-washable covers
- Generous bolsters for head and neck support
Cons
- Bolster stuffing could be fuller
- Heavier than typical beds when fully assembled
- Made overseas
VerdictA supportive, cooling orthopedic dog bed that blends durable construction with easy maintenance. The multi-layer foam stack and bolstered sides offer pressure relief for older or large dogs, while dual washable covers and a water-resistant exterior make care practical. Overall a strong choice for pets needing extra joint support and a long-lasting sleeping surface.

Luxury look with robust durability
This is the most durable and well-made dog bed we've used. We got two large sizes for a 65 lb and a 75 lb dog — plenty of room and stability for sprawled sleeping and rough play. The fabric resisted clawing and the cover has been washed multiple times with no issues.

Top-notch support and value
I needed sturdy, supportive beds for my two senior dogs and these delivered. Bought two XXL units for a 120 lb Great Dane and an 80 lb older dog. They arrived tightly compressed and well packed. After opening the vacuum bags the foams expanded back and held firm. Packaging quality and the overall feel convinced me they were worth the buy.

High-quality memory foam and removable cover
This feels like a premium mattress topper for a pet. The medium size fits my 27 lb pug mix with room to stretch. The faux-leather look is attractive and the bolsters offer good neck support. The cover comes off easily for washing, which I appreciate.

Plenty big for human lounging too
I actually bought one for floor lounging and both my partner and I can curl up on it comfortably. It’s soft, durable, and lightweight for its size. The only downside was the tricky assembly, but the end result is worth it.

Looks and feels great, bolster slightly light
Love the appearance and the sleep surface. I ordered an XL so the actual lying area after bolsters was generous for my 69 and 90 lb dogs. The only gripe is the bolster could use a touch more filling. Also wished it was made locally, but overall the dogs were thrilled.

Solid, heavy-duty bed
Just set up two XL beds; they’re substantial and felt heavy compared to our old ones. Zippers seem strong and the bolsters are well-lined for maneuvering. Color was a bit deeper than pictured but that’s fine. My 95 lb lab and shepherd both fit comfortably.

Good quality for aging pup
Well made and exactly what my older dog needed — a thicker mattress that eases joint pressure. She settled in immediately and seems more comfortable.

Well-designed and truly comfy
Picked up two mediums for our 35–40 lb dogs. We’d used cave-style sherpa beds for winter, but they weren’t ideal in warmer months and took up space. This sofa-like style with wraparound bolster gives a cozy headrest, a thick but accessible sleeping surface, and a soft velvet-like cover the pups enjoy.
