Today Samsung launches its most intelligent PC lineup to date: the Galaxy Book4 Ultra, Book4 Pro, and Book4 Pro 360. The new series features an advanced intelligent processor, a more vivid and interactive display, and reinforced security. This release signals a new chapter for Samsung AI PCs, delivering superior productivity, mobility, and seamless integration across devices. Upgrades throughout the Galaxy Book4 family elevate each model and strengthen the broader Galaxy ecosystem, laying groundwork for Samsung’s vision of an AI-driven future.

Smart productivity with secure performance
The Galaxy Book4 lineup is built around an intelligent processor that maximizes productivity through strong performance. The series introduces the Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 processor, which combines a faster CPU, a higher-performance GPU, and a dedicated NPU into a single package. Through Intel’s AI PC Acceleration program—partnering with over 100 independent software vendors—the new processor enables advanced AI features in the Galaxy Book4 range that boost efficiency and workflows. NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4070 Laptop GPU elevates creative and gaming experiences, supported by NVIDIA Studio technologies and fast generative AI tools. Galaxy Book4 Ultra users will benefit from NVIDIA DLSS for improved image quality and ray-tracing acceleration across hundreds of supported games and applications.
This intelligent productivity is matched by improved thermal and hardware design so the systems can perform at their best. The Galaxy Book4 Ultra reduces heat and fan noise with an optimized cooling system that includes an 11 percent wider vapor chamber and a dual-fan design featuring uneven blade spacing. Improved efficiency extends usable time on a single charge. Galaxy Book4 Ultra users can also gain up to 55 percent additional battery capacity in just 30 minutes using the 140W adapter—1.4 times faster than the previous generation. As devices grow smarter and more connected, data privacy and security become increasingly important. Samsung expands the security legacy from its Galaxy devices with Samsung Knox and, for the first time in the Galaxy Book line, adds a discrete Samsung Knox security chip to protect critical system data. All three models benefit from this dedicated hardware security layer alongside multi-layered protections from Intel and Microsoft.
Outstanding display and top-tier performance—anytime, anywhere
The upgraded displays across the Galaxy Book4 series deliver sharp, clear visuals whether you’re working indoors or outdoors. Featuring Dynamic AMOLED 2X panels, the lineup offers strong contrast and vivid color reproduction. Vision Booster with an intelligent outdoor algorithm automatically improves visibility and color in bright environments, while anti-reflective technology reduces distracting glare. All three models now include touchscreens, making the Galaxy Book4 series fully interactive and providing a familiar, optimized touch experience similar to smartphones and tablets.
Great visuals are essential, but advanced audio is equally important for a complete PC experience. The Galaxy Book4 series includes AKG quad speakers with Dolby Atmos® to deliver crisp highs and deep bass. Dual studio-quality microphones with AI-powered noise reduction ensure clear voice capture on video calls even in noisy environments. Paired with Galaxy Buds2 Pro, LE Audio support provides realistic sound with low latency, and Auto Switch makes it easy to move earbuds between Samsung devices. The devices also feature a large touchpad and a comprehensive selection of ports—including a new HDMI 2.1 port—for increased flexibility, all within a slim, lightweight chassis.
When used together with Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets, Galaxy Book4 users can boost productivity and creative workflows. Samsung Studio, a new video editing tool available across Galaxy devices, enables precise video editing on the PC. Photo Remaster is now integrated into Samsung Gallery for PC, allowing quick corrections and removal of unwanted shadows and reflections with AI-assisted tools. The Second Screen feature lets you use a tablet as an external display for your Book4, and the series adds expanded productivity options like Duplicate, Extension and Rotation for more flexible multi-display setups.
Availability
The Galaxy Book4 series will roll out gradually across selected markets, beginning in January 2024. Pricing and availability for Sweden will be announced early 2024. The Galaxy Book4 Ultra will be offered in a 16-inch model.
