Kaseya opened its DattoCon Europe conference in Dublin by celebrating its global customer community. More than 1,500 attendees connected to share best practices for faster growth, improved service quality, and greater efficiency — all powered by the company’s flagship, AI-driven platform, Kaseya 365.
The event marked the channel introduction of Kaseya’s new CEO, Rania Succar, who joined the conference and spoke directly with customers. Succar arrives at Kaseya after a decade at Intuit and previous roles at Google, McKinsey, and Merrill Lynch.
“We are accelerating the pace of innovation at Kaseya and building a culture where we’re not just customer-focused, we’re customer-obsessed,” said Rania Succar. “At DattoCon Europe I’m looking forward to getting to know our partners better and learning exactly what they need so we can shape our roadmaps accordingly.”
During the event, Succar also announced that Kaseya will invest $100 million in the EMEA region, including adding more than 200 new developers.
Highlights from Kaseya’s innovation announcements included:
Kaseya 365 Ops – The latest release of the Kaseya 365 platform uses practical AI to help customers scale efficiently, streamline operations, and deliver best-in-class service and performance metrics. Customers using Kaseya 365 Ops save an average of 160 hours per month through AI features and automation, roughly equivalent to the productivity of an additional engineer.

Kaseya SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) – The new Kaseya SIEM delivers a streamlined, unified response solution for customers combining SaaS alerts and MDR protection without the cost of traditional enterprise options. Kaseya SIEM correlates threat data from RocketCyber and SaaS sources, merging endpoint and cloud telemetry to provide faster, more actionable threat detection.

Free hardware – All models of Datto backup appliances will be free to use for all Kaseya customers regardless of model or contract length. This removes initial hardware costs and enables Kaseya’s backup partners to deliver consistent service levels without capital barriers.
Datto ALTO 5 – A 2TB ALTO model returns to the Datto lineup at the same monthly price as the previous 1TB unit and now includes built-in encryption to strengthen data protection.

BCDR Fast Track program – For new Datto BCDR partners, this program offers up to three devices with free hardware, 50% off service, and complimentary onboarding, enabling partners to scale their business with reduced upfront costs.
AI-enhanced summaries (beta) – A new beta feature in vPenTest makes security reports easier to understand. The AI-enhanced summaries translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights so business and security teams can make faster, smarter decisions.

vPenTest EMEA datacenter – vPenTest is expanding its infrastructure to give EMEA partners and organizations the ability to store, process, and manage data within the region. This expansion supports GDPR compliance where required and helps customers maintain regional data sovereignty.
