“Organizations across the Middle East face significant integration challenges as they modernize their technology landscapes. Frends is uniquely positioned to help simplify those environments and improve business outcomes. Through our partnership with Nord Group, we combine a proven European platform with deep local market knowledge to support businesses looking to consolidate fragmented systems and move away from costly legacy practices,” says Jukka Rautio, CEO of Frends.

Under the agreement, Frends will work closely with Nord Group on regional market entry and deployment of the integration platform. Nord Group selected Frends after evaluating several options, citing the platform’s simplicity, technical strength and ability to satisfy diverse customer requirements. A key consideration was Frends’ recent AI innovations, developed with a focus on transparency and governance and grounded in strong European security principles—an important factor for regulated industries where data protection and compliance are essential.

The partnership reflects a shared ambition to support organizations seeking future-proof alternatives to expensive legacy integration setups built on many point-to-point connections or fragmented toolsets.

“Frends is easy to position and resonates with customers because it addresses a clear gap in the Middle Eastern market. Many organizations today operate with fragmented and costly integration environments. Frends provides a stable, proven platform that can consolidate and automate without unnecessary complexity, offering a modern alternative to traditional enterprise solutions,” says Louis Young, founder and CEO of Nord Group.

Initial efforts will focus on key markets in the region, including the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
