FitGoods Adjustable Foldable Weight Bench — Incline/Decline Gym Bench
Product description
Engineered as a compact multi-angle training bench, the FitGoods adjustable weight bench arrives preassembled and ready to use. The kit includes the bench with a reinforced steel frame, the adjustable backrest and seat, and two removable locking pins for folding and angle selection. Materials feature upgraded tubular steel for the legs and support struts plus dense foam padding wrapped in a durable, easy-clean cover.
Rated to safely handle up to 660 pounds, the bench is built for heavy dumbbell and barbell work as well as bodyweight movements. The backrest offers nine distinct incline settings, including a -15° decline position optimized for sit-ups and core work. The seat incorporates several angle options so you can customize support for chest presses, shoulder presses, and other exercises.
A hallmark of the design is its quick-fold mechanism: pull the locking pins and collapse the bench in roughly two seconds to save about 80% of its footprint. Its compact folded profile makes it simple to slide into corners, closets, under beds, or beside sofas. The bench’s low-profile height and compact frame target users who need a space-efficient solution without sacrificing stability.
FitGoods stands behind the bench with long-term service coverage and a lifetime warranty. If any defects or functional issues arise, customer support is available to troubleshoot and provide replacement parts or guidance to keep the bench safe and usable.

Compact, adjustable and foldable
No assembly needed and it folds with two pins for compact storage. Light enough to move but stable in use. Seat and back offer multiple angles including flat and reverse incline. Rated for 660 lb and reliable for dumbbell and barbell work.

Works for flat/incline, not ideal for decline
Padding is thinner than expected and the bench sits low to the floor, which makes decline exercises awkward. Decent stability for flat and incline lifts but not comfortable for sit-ups.

Dependable bench and responsive support
I had an issue with my first unit but the company replaced it fast. The new bench is small, sturdy, and exactly what I wanted for my compact gym. Good build and simple design — I’d buy it again.

Solid addition, padding could be thicker
Ready to use right away and feels stable up to heavy lifts. Folding saves space and the -15° decline is great for sit-ups. My only minor gripe is the padding could be a bit thicker for longer sessions.
