Titan Fitness Adjustable Competition Kettlebell — 12–32 kg, Ergonomic Handle
Product description
Adjustable competition-style kettlebell with a 12 kg main shell and six removable cast-iron plates: two 2 kg, two 3 kg, one 4 kg and one 6 kg plate. By mixing and matching the included plates you can set the bell anywhere between 12 kg and 32 kg.
Changing weights is straightforward — the unit ships with a hex key and a short wrench to loosen and tighten the central screw that secures the plates. Remove or add plates, then retighten the screw to lock your chosen load.
The handle is ergonomically shaped and finished for a non-slip grip to reduce hand movement during swings, cleans and presses. The bell’s flat base provides stability on the floor, making it safe to use for ground-based work such as push-ups, planks and dips.
Construction combines a solid 12 kg shell with cast-iron plates. The dimensions and weight progression allow gradual strength increases and make the bell convenient to transport for workouts away from home.
Pros
- Wide weight range in a single unit
- Comfortable non-slip ergonomic handle
- Flat base for stable floor exercises
Cons
- May need light finishing on some edges
- Included wrench is short and can feel awkward
- Occasional rattling if not tightly secured
VerdictA practical, space-saving adjustable kettlebell that covers a broad weight range from 12 to 32 kg. The cast-iron plates and solid shell let you progress in small increments, while the textured ergonomic handle and flat base support a variety of floor and dynamic movements. Some finishing work may be required on a few units, but overall it’s a flexible option for home gyms and travellers who want o

Sturdy and travel-ready
Really solid piece. I bring it on trips. Tough construction and changing weights is quick. Highly recommend.

Works well but needs a bit of prep
Performs as advertised but the seam where the halves meet was a little rough and the handle could be smoother. A pass with fine sandpaper fixed it up and it’s been fine since.

Everything I needed for kettlebell training
Bought one six months ago as my first kettlebell and loved it so much I got a second. It lets me start light and add plates as my form and strength improved. Great for taking with me on the road so I can keep training anywhere.

Heavy and versatile
Nice, hefty unit and the extra plates are handy for other moves. I wish I had a few more plates to play with.

Good durability and adaptable progression
I bought a pair to use double-handed. One handle was a bit coarse at first but sanding made them match. Customer service replaced a defective unit quickly. I’ll start with the shell and add a plate each month to progress toward double 32 kg. Chalk helps for high-rep sessions.

Favorite garage-gym tool
Love this kettlebell. It’s my go-to piece in the garage gym and handles everything I ask of it without issue.

Smart idea but execution varies
I liked the concept and packaging. One bell rattled during cleans even when tightened, and the inner adjustment ledge was sharp — I nicked my finger loosening the screw. The short wrench forces your hand close to that edge, which is risky.
