Endava and MSPS Groep have extended their long-standing partnership, reinforcing their role as a key technology partner for healthcare in the Netherlands. After eight years of collaborative innovation, the two companies continue to develop digital solutions that streamline administration, enhance patient safety, and free healthcare professionals to focus on what matters most: patient care.
Endava (NYSE: DAVA) is a technology-driven transformation partner that blends advanced technology with deep industry expertise. Through the renewed collaboration with MSPS Groep, Endava will continue supporting the group’s various brands, including Infomedics and Vertimart, and will play a central role in developing the next generation of digital healthcare platforms.
Under the renewed agreement, Endava will continue to manage Infomedics’ advanced care administration platforms while partnering with Vertimart to build a new mobile application. The objective is to deliver a seamless, secure, and user-friendly digital experience for both caregivers and patients.
For the past eight years, Endava and Infomedics have been instrumental in simplifying how providers and patients in the Netherlands manage treatments, insurance and payments. Through the PIEN and CRoV platforms, patients gain real-time visibility into their treatments and costs, while healthcare staff avoid time-consuming paperwork and reduce errors in reimbursement processing.
Digital transformation in healthcare has long been a challenge, but the Endava–MSPS Groep partnership has made processes both more efficient and more human-centered. When Infomedics acquired Famed, Endava was instrumental in ensuring a seamless migration of production data, safeguarding continuity for providers and patients alike.
“Digital innovation only has value when it makes life easier for people. Together with Endava, we have built platforms that simplify complex processes for providers and give patients greater control over their treatments and costs,” says Bas Wismans, CIO at MSPS Groep. “This renewed collaboration reflects our shared goal of keeping the patient at the center and continuing to raise the standard of digital care administration with technology that is both secure and easy to use.”
The new development project with Vertimart marks the next phase of the partnership’s journey. By combining Endava’s technical expertise in software development and AI with Vertimart’s deep understanding of the Dutch healthcare market, they aim to create a mobile solution that delivers a new level of usability, security and accessibility.
“Our collaboration with MSPS Groep is about creating real impact—helping patients feel more secure in their care and giving caregivers more time for human interaction,” says Isabela Buhai, Client Director Healthcare & Life Science at Endava. “We look forward to continuing to develop digital solutions that not only simplify daily work but also strengthen trust between patients and healthcare professionals.”
