Dynatrace is now giving its Google Cloud customers early access to new features in its AI-driven observability platform. This enables real-time analysis and smarter decision-making through AI and advanced data processing. The updates are built on Dynatrace Grail, a data lakehouse solution that collects and analyzes logs, metrics, traces and events in context — transforming them into actionable, real-time insights.
Cloud environments demand new tools
More organizations are adopting cloud-based environments to drive digital innovation. Managing large volumes of data with traditional tools is often inefficient and leads to silos. Grail is designed to address these challenges by unifying observability, security data and business data into a single context. The result is improved performance, greater efficiency and faster innovation in Google Cloud environments.
Benefits of Dynatrace Grail on Google Cloud
With real-time processing and advanced automation, organizations can make faster, more data-driven decisions that directly contribute to business value. Key benefits include:
- AI-driven insights: The combination of Dynatrace Davis AI and Grail delivers precise answers and faster problem resolution.
- Scalable, cost-efficient data management: Grail provides hot-storage-like performance with the cost advantages of colder storage, without time-consuming re-indexing.
- Seamless integration with Google Cloud: Enables analysis of data directly within the existing cloud environment, improving both security and performance.
- Developer support: Through Gemini Code Assist, Google’s AI-based coding tools give developers direct access to critical Dynatrace data without leaving their workflow.
- Visibility into AI models: Users can monitor usage, costs and performance of Google’s Gemini models, which handle text, images, audio and code.
