What’s included: the X50 Ultra robot vacuum-mop unit and an all-in-one service dock that combines a dust collection bag, clean and dirty water tanks, dosing for detergent, charging contacts, and a debris disposal system. The kit also provides mop pads, a detachable DuoBrush head, a power cord, and a user guide for initial setup.
Mobility and clearance: the robot uses motorized, retractable legs to climb door thresholds, tracks and obstacles up to 2.36 inches (6 cm). To protect surfaces and reduce noise it employs shock-absorbing elements and soft-contact components to smooth impacts while traversing edges.
Low-profile access and navigation: VersaLift lets the robot lower its body to about 3.5 inches so it can slide beneath sofas and low furniture. An onboard AI camera with LED assist scans tight spaces and helps the machine avoid obstacles while plotting efficient cleaning passes.
Brush and hair management: the DuoBrush system combines two distinct brushes and an air-duct layout that lifts, whips and suctions long hairs (reported up to 11.8 inches) into the intake while reducing wrap and tangles. The brush head redesign prioritizes quiet operation and easier maintenance.
Suction and motor: driven by a sixth-generation TurboForce motor, Vormax suction reaches up to 20,000Pa for lifting crumbs, cat litter and embedded debris. The robot’s fluid-dynamic bodywork is tuned to keep noise down during powerful cleaning cycles.
Mopping and corner reach: the unit extends both a brush and the mop assembly to tackle corners and low-clearance areas. Mopping routines can be combined or removed in the app, and the dock handles rinsing and water management via separate clean/dirty reservoirs.
Carpet care and modes: five custom carpet modes let you raise suction, avoid mopping over rugs, or remove the mop module entirely. Wi‑Fi connectivity is limited to 2.4 GHz and the unit is intended for use in the U.S. market.

A must-have helper
This machine is amazing. It empties itself, mops, sweeps, handles corners and docks without fuss. Battery life and noise levels are great. You do need to refill and occasionally drain the water, but otherwise it handles almost everything.
