Constructed from professional-grade seamless plastic, the lid is easy to hose off and is engineered not to chip, rust or peel. The material resists dents and won’t crush under normal use.
A UV inhibitor is blended into the resin to extend outdoor life and limit fading and brittleness even in harsh commercial exposures.
Stacking ridges on the underside allow BRUTE cans to be nested for compact storage when lids and bins are stacked together.

Perfect for an older bin
My older garbage bin had a hole chewed by critters. This lid fit perfectly even though I bought a different color. Color didn’t matter for my use.

Adequate but slightly warped
Fits my container and seems robust, but one arrived a bit warped so it doesn’t close perfectly. Fine for many uses, but I worry about wetting stored shredded cardboard.

Simple and effective replacement
Turns out lids are sold separately now. This one solved the problem and fits my bin. I labeled it so hopefully it finds its way back if displaced.

Positive lock and sturdier plastic
This lid adds a snap-lock my old cover lacked. The top easily sheds pine needles and rain and has handled chilly temps on a firewood bin. Feels much heavier than the originals.

Saved me from wet trash
My previous lids kept blowing away and the can filled with water. This replacement fits tightly, is easy to remove when needed, and the drainage works well. I just hope it survives rough handling at pickup.

Works on a different brand can too
I bought this for a same-capacity bin from another maker and it fits snug. Heavy plastic and stays put in gusts. If critters chew it I'll pick another one.

Fit my other recycling bin
I feared it wouldn’t fit an older recycling container I have, but the lid matched well and seals better than the cracked original. I do wish there was a domed option for extra capacity.
