NetSymphony takes the next step in its European expansion by strengthening its ownership base ahead of a new growth phase. The Swedish SaaS company has welcomed Andreas Harting, Senior Partner at Deloitte, as an investor to accelerate its expansion across Europe in response to rising regulatory demands and cybersecurity requirements.
Andreas brings international experience from complex organisations and a deep understanding of how governance, technology and business interact. “This is exactly the expertise we need as we scale up our European expansion,” says Dennis Jansson, founder and CEO of NetSymphony.
Extensive international experience in governance and transformation
Andreas Harting has more than 30 years of experience advising and leading organisations through change, ranging from fast-growing tech companies to some of Europe’s largest multinational groups. His work focuses on how executive teams and boards handle operational complexity, governance and technology-driven transformation.
His entry into NetSymphony comes at a time when cybersecurity and new regulatory frameworks, such as the NIS2 directive and Sweden’s cybersecurity legislation, are reshaping how networks must be managed, governed and documented.
A platform that standardises network operations in complex environments
NetSymphony has developed a vendor-neutral platform that automates and standardises network operations in complex IT environments with multiple suppliers. By orchestrating changes, access and configurations on top of existing infrastructure, the platform reduces dependence on manual specialist interventions.
The outcome is improved control, lower operational risk and a continuously updated, auditable overview of the network environment. This becomes increasingly important as responsibility and risk are elevated to executive and board levels.
“NetSymphony was created to address the real operational network challenges faced by large, complex organisations. By standardising network operations across multi-vendor environments with many sites, organisations can reduce costs and risks while significantly strengthening long-term resilience,” says Andreas Harting.
From technical detail to strategic leadership issue
Many organisations, Harting notes, try to meet rising security demands by adding more technical solutions. Without clear structure and governance, however, complexity persists.
“Without transparency and control over existing infrastructure, vulnerabilities remain. NetSymphony addresses that operational core.”
For organisations operating critical societal functions and other essential infrastructure, stricter regulations increase requirements for risk management, documentation and verifiability. The need for structured, automated processes is growing rapidly, especially in large and distributed environments.

“Networks are no longer just technical infrastructure but a strategic issue of risk and governance. With Andreas on board, we strengthen our ability to help European organisations meet these demands through controlled and automated network operations that withstand rigorous audits,” says Dennis Jansson.
About the NetSymphony platform
NetSymphony is a Swedish-developed, vendor-neutral orchestration platform for network and security environments. The platform connects existing systems—such as NAC, network segmentation, IPAM and CMDB—into shared workflows.
It does not replace existing solutions. Instead, it ensures that changes, configurations and lifecycle management are consistent, automated and traceable. The result is unified governance regardless of vendor, reduced manual work and better conditions for maintaining segmentation, control and regulatory compliance over time.
NetSymphony also participates in cybersecurity innovation initiatives supported by the EU and the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency, including projects related to the technical requirements of the NIS2 directive.
