Building on Coworking as a foundation and complement to its four core offerings—Coworking, Private Office, Big Office and Conference—CONVENDUM now introduces Office Management, Enterprise Membership and Enterprise Consulting for companies.

We are evolving from a coworking operator to an Office-as-a-Service (OaaS) provider, with coworking remaining an important part of our offering. Because companies of all sizes essentially share many of the same needs, we have developed broader solutions tailored to large enterprises, says Håkan Jeppsson, CEO of CONVENDUM.
Office Management was recently launched and means that CONVENDUM takes over the operation of large corporate offices. With this step, CONVENDUM enters the multibillion-dollar “office management” market, providing comprehensive facility operations and service excellence for major clients.

Recently, it was announced that CONVENDUM will take over the operations of the payment company Klarna’s headquarters.

The two additional services in CONVENDUM’s new enterprise offering—Enterprise Membership and Enterprise Consulting—are designed for large companies that need multiple memberships. These memberships are essential when a large employer outside the city wants to reduce office space due to lower average occupancy. To reduce space at headquarters, employees need access to open work areas and meeting rooms across all CONVENDUM locations. Memberships remain personal and provide flexible access to desks, bookable meeting rooms and shared facilities.
Enterprise Consulting provides strategic, consultative support to large organizations. CONVENDUM offers needs and cost analyses, and helps build a strategic platform, develop policies and implement a modern workplace solution tailored to each client’s needs. The service is focused on enabling companies to transition to more flexible, efficient office footprints while preserving employee experience and collaboration.
