This vent phone mount ships with the vent clip assembly, the phone cradle with extendable side arms, a soft silicone pad on the contact point, and a metal hook for added hold. The body is primarily durable plastic with a reinforced metal hook (36mm length) and silicone padding where the mount meets the vent blade.
The arm rotates 360° so you can position the phone vertically or horizontally and pivot it clear of the vent. The cradle’s extended side arms accommodate devices with screen sizes from 4.7 inches up to 6.9 inches, and the clamp accepts devices up to 0.8 inches thick. The design intentionally raises the phone above most vent slats so airflow isn’t blocked and the handset isn’t exposed directly to hot or cold air.
Installation is a simple clip-on: hook the metal clip over the vent blade, secure the mount with the back latch, and fine-tune angle and height using the swing joint. A quick-release button on the cradle lets you remove the phone with one hand. The silicone pad protects vent blades from scratches and reduces slipping. The manufacturer notes vent blades wider than 1.3 inches (about 33mm) may not be compatible, and the mount is not suitable for irregular round louvers.
