Aura Group today announces the acquisition of AI consultancy Swiftly and a strategic investment in the AI-driven content platform Synca.ai. Aura already delivers integrated AI solutions, and these moves strengthen the company’s ability to develop and deploy AI technology to optimize services and delivery for clients both domestically and internationally.
About Swiftly and its role within Aura Group
Swiftly is an AI consultancy working with clients across industries in Sweden and internationally. The company comprises three AI specialists supported by a network of experts who ensure high-quality, efficient delivery. Swiftly will now join Aura Group and serve as a central, flexible resource for the group’s agencies. As AI solutions become an integral part of Aura’s offering, Swiftly will no longer operate as a separate agency with its own brand and services. Instead, the team will be fully integrated into the group’s operations and work across all agencies to support client work and internal development.
“We’re extremely excited to join Aura and help accelerate the development of AI solutions for the group, its agencies and our great clients. Aura has already made significant progress and has deep expertise. We look forward to contributing to Aura’s position as a leader in AI,” says Erik Olsson Hermansson, CEO of Swiftly and founder of Synca.ai.

Aura Group’s strategic investment in Synca.ai
As part of its broader AI strategy, Aura Group has also invested in Synca.ai, an AI-driven content platform developed by Swiftly’s founder. The platform automates insight work, content packaging and customization based on a client’s offering, strategy and market position. This automation significantly streamlines thought-leadership processes and speeds up content production while maintaining strategic alignment.
“We are delighted to welcome Swiftly to Aura Group. By integrating their expertise we can form an agile task force that accelerates AI development across our organization and for our clients. AI is reshaping our industry, and building structural value with AI is not only important today but will be essential to remain competitive in the future,” says Johan Ramsten, Vice President of Aura Group.
Swiftly’s team began serving the group on December 2.
