Saab will participate as an exhibitor at the Total Defence Fair 2026. During the fair, the company will showcase its CBRN protection solutions and demonstrate how the technology contributes to increased preparedness and resilience in society during crises and conflicts.
Strong interest in the Total Defence Fair
Interest in the Total Defence Fair continues to grow, and several leading players in defence, security, technology and critical infrastructure have already signed up. Previous confirmed exhibitors include Snigel, Atea, Blackthorn, Aimpoint and the Swedish Armed Forces. It is now also confirmed that Saab will take part in the fair.
– Saab’s participation as an exhibitor is an important announcement for us and highlights the significant interest in bringing the entire total defence community together on a single platform. We see strong engagement from both civilian and military actors, and our ambition is to create the Nordic region’s most important meeting place for total defence, says Monika Johannesen Widholm, Head of Event Unit Resilience & Mobility at Stockholmsmässan.
Focus on CBRN and societal preparedness
At the fair, Saab will present parts of its offering for defence and total defence, with particular emphasis on CBRN protection solutions to address chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats.
– The Total Defence Fair is an important meeting place for the entire total defence community and a natural forum for us to demonstrate Saab’s capabilities and how we can contribute to a stronger, more resilient society. At the fair we will present our CBRN protection solutions that enhance the capacity to handle chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear hazards — a central component of a modern and robust total defence. Here we meet stakeholders from across society and have the opportunity to show how our solutions increase preparedness and protection in both crises and conflicts, says Nils‑Erik Lindblom, Head of Marketing and Sales PU Infrastructure and Land Systems at Saab.
