Kammarkollegiet has once again selected HiQ as a framework agreement supplier for IT security. The new agreement enables government agencies and other public organizations across Sweden to procure expertise from HiQ — in an area that is crucial for protecting critical national systems and digital infrastructure.
HiQ is one of the providers Kammarkollegiet awarded a framework agreement to following a public procurement process carried out in spring 2025. The procurement aims to meet a growing demand for cybersecurity expertise at a time when the digitalization of essential services raises requirements for security, resilience and availability.

“That Kammarkollegiet has once again chosen HiQ shows that we meet the stringent requirements in this field. We have long experience building and securing technical solutions that play a critical role for society’s functions,” says Pernilla Rönn, Head of Cybersecurity at HiQ.
HiQ has worked for three decades on complex digital development together with both public and private partners — often in contexts where technology must function reliably, whether for public services, critical infrastructure or financial systems. The new framework agreement, which runs for up to four years starting in March 2026, covers development and management of IT infrastructure and systems as well as the introduction of technical security solutions. Examples include information security, identity management, code review, risk analysis, GDPR-related support, and training and method development for systematic security work. The total maximum value available for procurement from the eight selected suppliers is 700 million SEK.

In addition to IT security, HiQ is already a supplier within Kammarkollegiet’s framework agreements for IT consultancy, architecture and development. This allows public organizations to consolidate their digital needs with a single supplier that understands the whole picture and can take responsibility across the entire chain — from strategy and development to implementation and ongoing management.
“We combine technical expertise with a holistic perspective that makes it easier for our customers to seize the opportunities of digitalization in a secure and sustainable way. Receiving continued trust specifically in IT security confirms our ability to meet the high demands that apply when technology is used in mission-critical environments. This is an area where we see expanding responsibility, and where we want to contribute both expertise and long-term partnership,” says Peter Arrhenius, CEO of HiQ.
